Hi m,
Impossible to give a definitive answer to your question, there are too many variables !
See : This Post
Although the granting of a Home Assessment is generally an indication that The Assessment Provider (ATOS or Capita) has conceded that you would have problems in "Moving Around" or "Going Out" that would preclude your attendance at a PIP Consultation Centre.

Hi M,
A letter of support from one's G.P. regarding the necessity for a Home Assessment may well be needed.
