I have had to go for reassessment as I am on ESA, SUPPORT GROUP, guess what they do not have enough staff to even see me this is my second visit and on both occasions was told to wait and after an HOUR after my appointment time, told them this was enough, and was told it was there fault..........WTF????????????? This CONSERVATIVE PARTY ARE WELL AND TRULY OUT OF TOUCH WITH THERE REAL PEOPLE

It may well be worthwhile dropping an E-mail to : The Centre for Health and Disability Assessments (CHDA) (Maximus) who took over the ESA WCA Contract from ATOS on 02/03/15. clarifying events, in that it was not you who refused to take part, etc.

This will cover you in case they try to blame you and state that you have failed to take part in two face to face assessments which could result in your file being returned to The DWP, and your ESA payments ceasing.
