hello - just wanted to say that after filling in the form 2 weeks ago and stapling a copy of the tribunal hearing to the form I today received a letter saying I had been successful. it has also been back dated to 2014. it has been a long battle over a year which I would have lost through lack of knowledge if it was not for the help of this site. thank you so much. I would encourage anyone not to give up if they feel they have a legitimate claim but seek out professional advice earlier if you can. I almost gave up. thank you to this site once more. keep up the good work.

I am very glad that the Tribunal decision has been actioned. At least it is one less thing for you to worry about!

I was put into the support group and the action has been back dated to the time that they said I was not eligible. I have only received a basic form saying I am now entitled to payment and a sum backdated which I was very surprised with as I had lost the will to fight that.

It is I don't think people realise how much extra worry and pressure these kind of forms and assessments cause. I know they have to be careful but some of the people I saw were not interested in my points, only a monetary agenda. thank god for a caring judge. I would tell anyone going to one to be honest to the judge even if their medical representative is the one asking most of the questions. they are impartial and you are not in that room on your own. thank you for the support you have all given me
