Upto date dla to pip rollout areas ?

hi the normal method to check the current roll out area for dla moving to pip was on this link www.gov.uk/government/publications/timet...or-pip-replacing-dla

however this has now been noted as no longer applicable due to the fact that the full roll out of Personal Independence Payment is now in plac.

does this mean that everyone in all areas of the country should now expect the dreaded envelope at any day regardless of an indefinite award ?
