The DWP Evidence Pack/Bundle should include all documentation used in coming to the adverse ESA decision. (including the ESA50)
You can issue a SAR requesting it and any other documents as suggested :
Here. However, as you will read, once the DWP receive your SAR, they have 40 calender days to comply with your request.
