Hi, I'm sorry if this information is already on the site, but I can't find it anywhere.

How do I go about getting hold of a copy of the PIP medical assessment report please?

Just received my PIP decision and it was not what I was expecting! They seem to have taken the ATOS very basic medical 'examination' over the numerous letters from specialists and a professor! She put words in my mouth the whole time and made me feel like I should just put up with my disabilities.

Hi MHH,

All you have to do is phone the PIP number, or write to them, and request the report.
