If your mobility and care needs are the same. then in theory you should receive the same for PIP. However, there is no guarantee, Former Coalition Minister for Disabled People, Ester McVey, reduced the 50 meters for HRM/Enhanced PIP Mobility component, without any formal discussion in Parliament, reduced this to just 20 metres.
Currently this drastic cut is being investigated by the UN.
