I wanted to post a vote of thanks to Jim A who has retired as a moderator, and to all mods who give their time to help numpties like me who struggle to navigate the shifting sands of our benefit system. Thank You !

I very much agree, you all work tirelessly hard to help each and everyone of us even though you have your own issues. Season's greetings to you all and please keep up your good work. I am sure everyone appreciates it.

Many many thanks with all the help and advice that we are so grateful to receive to help us with the wonderful easily understood and simple concise forms that fall on our doormats which are sent to enhance our lives to feel so good about ourselves.
