ESA back dated was created by sbir

Hi, how far back do they back date ESA? i have been on assessment rate for year and a half would i get backdated till then if i am eligible? Thank you.

If this was a new claim then any award will be backdated to he beginning of week 14, minus any payments that you have already received.
