Few days ago while requesting MR over the phone, lady on help line said MR would be taken on by 'new decision maker'. I called back next day over a related matter to MR and was told letter I will send regarding MR would be dealt with by the same decision maker who viewed my original claim. Can any one confirm if a new decision maker will be viewing all the original info together with my MR letter or am I stuck with the original sod who gave me no award?

There is no specific requirement for the Decision to be reviewed by a different Decision Maker although it was suggested by the Minister at the time that MRs were introduced that this would happen, unfortunately it is not something you can insist on or complain about.
