Best wishes to the amazing Mods and all my fellow members for the Christmas period. I’m thinking particularly of Mrs HB as she faces a DLA-PIP assessment.
I wish I could switch off for Christmas but the fear of the DWP and their cronies is always there….and I bet I’m not the only one to feel that way! Anyway, let’s all try to make Christmas special. Those with a religious faith might find solace in these words that landed in my inbox this morning:
“True love accepts the beloved for who they really are,” Rev Bill Adams writes. “God chooses to love us precisely because we are subjects of the human condition—not because of a favourable bottom line on a social and moral profit and loss statement”
