PIP Form

We've just spent a harrowing few weeks filling in the dreaded form, searched the Internet and came across your website, joined and now have added to the additional info sections to add further weight to support my wife's claim.
Very useful and very informative.
Has taken some of the stress away knowing that we are not alone in finding the form very confusing and has made us realise that when you have a disability you adapt your life around it.
