Health Trainers with work Programme

Hi
Has anyone heard of Health Trainers or infact had an appointment with one.
I have been referred to a health Trainer in my area by my advisor do you think this is classed as medical treatment?
I had to give my doctor's details to my advisor for the form he filled out which I didn't sign.
Apparently they visit you in your home which I'm not happy about as I house share with other people.
As this is part of the work programme do I have to see the trainer which I think would be a waste of time as I am already seeing Occupational therapy taking regular exercise and eating healthly.
Any advice would be helpful

Hi

I have found info on health triners by googling it.

I haven't heard of anyone being referred. I don't see any benefit to you by seeing one but it may count against you if you refuse.
