Hi

So the letter actually has an appointment at your home? Is there a claim form?
Perhaps it is just a check up rather than a reassessment?

Hi again
Well todays post brings even better news!
My hubby has to fill in the forms for ESA back to work capability!
It just goes on and on and he gets more and more depressed. He had a Stoma fitted and that caused him untold problems and mental health issues dealing with it. Now its all this on top of his other health problems.
When will it all end?

Hi s,

Yes, having to deal with an ESA Assessment/Reassessment and a PIP Assessment at the same time is not easy.

Now that you have received the ESA50 through the post, you might want to consider : Using The PDF Version Of The ESA50 Questionnaire

Whilst referring to the guides on this page, 2nd & 3rd links down :

ESA Claims Guides

Even if this is not his first ESA50 and a Re-assessment of a current ESA award, you should still fill it in as if it was his first and not assume that they will refer to any evidence/documents/forms that he may have filled in previously.
