Hi s,
No it won't mention "Re-assessment", but if he has an existing SG award, it will be !
You should make it clear how and why he still qualifies for The SG, and if applicable you can state that his medical conditions have not improved nor have his limitations diminished since the time of his current SG award.
You can also state that he has not learned to cope better with or manage his existing limitations since the time of his SG award..
If it is the case, you can say that he has not been prescribed any new./extra medication since his last SG award, nor has he received any procedures or operations which have improved his medical conditions.
If his medical conditions have deteriorated or changed, you should provide details
If you know how and why, he qualified for The SG last time, you could cite the reasons, and even include a copy of The Tribunal's Decision Notice.
It is highly possible that The Maximus (aka CHDA, aka HAAS) Assessor may not even be aware that he is in The SG and why he is in it.
So it is up to you to let them know that he is, and reiterate how and why he should remain in The SG by providing historical and current evidence.
If you can provide enough evidence, there may be no need for a face to face !
Good luck !!
