ESA medical

Been receiving ESA since 19 Dec 14 and have finally got my medical tomorrow - 1 YEAR LATER - at 9am, having 3 previous medical assessment dates cancelled.
I have claimed ESA on depression and stress related ground and this affects my memory, sleep pattern & ability to cope with more than 1 or 2 things at a time quite badly, as well as anxiety about meeting new people.
I also have osteoarthritis in back, neck & knees. I am 61.
I am worried about being put on the WRAG group because I know I will get panicky about meeting new people and also if I forget an appointment I will be sanctioned, then won't be able to pay rent & bills etc.
I know there are people who are really ill and I feel bad for not being able to cope with usual day to day situations but if anyone can point me in the right direction I would be really grateful.

I am guessing it is now too late for us to offer any advice in regard the appointment, but if not, have a look at the ESA Claim guides there is a section towards the back that covers the assessment and the questions that you are likely to be asked.
Best of luck.
