Sorry I didn't realise this site didn't deal with tax credits.

Also as for mentioning this is my 3rd post on this topic I meant as in ESA topic.

Anyway I have managed to get my daughters fit note backdated for 3 months, plus had it dated to run a further 3 months to hopefully cover the assessment period, this was sent to ESA yesterday via special delivery (£6.45 !!)

So fingers crossed we should hear something back quite soon. Really hope I'm not going to have to go through the whole " we never received your fit note routine"
