wife just been sent esa 50 and she only got 4 weeks to state pension, tried ringing for advise but getting all different advise .what a wast of time

Ask for the issue to be escalated to a manager, if only because it suggests that the DWP computer system may not have the fact that she is about to receive the State Pension on file and it could cause an overpayment.

thank you Gorden,All sorted out no need for her to fill the esa 50 in contacted Maximus and they sorted it out

Hi b,
As Gordon suggested, I would also contact DWP as it would have been them who referred your wife to Maximus.
This will ensure that your wife's DWP records are correct re : SP !!
