Hi
forgot to tell you that my son has had monies refunded byDWP when they stopped his ESA after he went over the time limit for his permitted work .His Mp wrote to them on his behalf and apparently they have a duty to advise this and as they had not done so ESA was reinstated for that time . Success!

Hi
decided that as dwp is ignoring new evidence re change in circumstances to complete a new esa 50 as last one was 2013.
Problem is which form as my son has physical and mental disabilities? or both?

There is only one ESA50! Questions 1-10 are for physical problems and 11-17 are for mental health issues.
