Hi P01,
No, we have not been made aware of any general problems in accessing our PIP Resources.
I have just checked and they are accessible.
You should be able to access and download any of the PIP Resources required (including our PIP Claims Guide which is the 2nd link down) from : This Page.
Remember, you must be logged in to access any of our "Members Only Guides" including PIP.
By clicking on the relevant blue link you can either open and read the information or download and save it to your P.C. where you can access it whenever you wish.

Thank you for your reply. I still cannot access the PIP Members Guides. Clicking on the relevant link my PC just returns to the Home Page. What is strange is that I can access the non PIP guides. Any ideas? This is frustrating now as I have just read the latest newsletter and note that you have made some revisions to the version I read previously. Many Thanks.

Further to my earlier reply this afternoon I have just accessed the guides on my Kindle so there is obviously something going on with my laptop which I will try and resolve. Many thanks.

There's nothing special about the PIP section, the only thing I can suggest is to clear your browser's cache, you should be able to find instructions to do this by do an internet search.

Thanks for your suggestion. I had thought the cache was cleared by other software/preferences running on my laptop but whatever after doing a manual clear out I was able to access the PIP documents and download again.
Many thanks.
