ESA - Going in for Tribunal.

You say you looked at the appeals guide and haven't a clue.
We don't do individual one to one cases and accompany people to tribunals, we're volunteers with our own health issues offering general help to the best of our abilities.
I'm glad you've got a free welfare helper, I'm sure many claimants would be happy to find one, they're like gold dust very few exist. I hope your helper can help you get the award you deserve.
