Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is
Welcome to Benefits and Work
In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ
My full name is showing, how can I stop it?
Do you mean an appeal to the Upper Tier Tribunal rather than the High Court?
I'm afraid appeals to the UTT are beyond the remit of the forum as they require an advisor who has access to your original appeal papers, appeals to the UTT can only be made on the basis of an Error of Law? .
IT's a bit late in the process if you already have a hearing, but you may be able to find help by doing an internet search for "welfare advice" with your postcode, town or county. Legal Advice is available for this type of appeal which may help you find someone.
BEst of luck.
