lost my reconsideration now going to appeal. over 10 faults found that the hp had put or failed to note. she suggest as i drive a car i have grip to prepare food. how can you compare peeling pots or opening jars the same a steering a car. said i walked fine to assessment but failed to note that i tripped and hit the plaster board wall leaving a large dent init. hp says i cope with current pain meds, but im unable to take tramadol or morphine as this means i cant drive. hp states im able to use public transport but fails to note due to severe bowel urgency and acute ibs unable to use public transport or taxis as i tend to mess myself if i cant get to a toilet. hp says no help required getting about as able to walk upto 200mtrs. failed to note unable to walk that far as in constant limb and abdominal pain and req to rest after a couple of mins.. hp stated walked 1448 meters to assessment as thats what google maps said for a car. actual distance walked 672 feet in 45 mins
now going for appeal backed with doctors letters and all there facts noted that are wrong. they even put wrong post cade down for assessment to trip people up. now my cars been taken off me so im now almost a recluse

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?
Although errors in the assessment report can be frustrating and detrimental to your claim, you will not receive an award unless you can show that you meet the criteria for one so you need to concentrate on showing this.
For example you say that you walked 6722 feet in 45 minutes, by my calculation that would mean that you walked at significantly less than 1mph, this may questioned if you do not explain in detail why you were that slow.
Make sure you go through the PIP Claim guide to understand the criteria you are being assessed against and that the evidence you are submitting shows that you meet this criteria.
