Can i send a second copy of ESA50 to DWP?

Am in the process of filling in ESA50 form again. Am a slightly paranoid person. Can I send a second copy of completed form (with notes) to DWP assessors as well, in case Maximus (doesn't the name sound like something out of Animal Farm?) lose it and then blame me? Told you I was paranoid. If so, do I send it to the local jobcentre or the main address where most of the DWP mail comes from?

Yes, you can send copies of your ESA50 and any supporting evidence to The DWP ESA DM if you wish by addressing it, FAO : The ESA DM at the address of the Benefits Office/Centre on your most recent ESA letter.
