PIP Tribunal was created by Jean
My daughter successfully won her challenge to be awarded enhanced mobility from standard mobility at a first tier tribunal two weeks ago. Has anyone any idea how long it might take DWP to make contact with her?

Hi J,

Congratulations on your daughter's PIP appeal win !!!! :cheer:

It would normally take DWP 5-8 weeks to action The Tribunal's decision, and the rule generally is that the more back pay involved the longer it may take !!

If you haven't heard from DWP by the 4-5 week mark you could send them a copy of The Tribunal's Decision Notice and give them a "nudge" !

Thank you so much bro58 for the information. It's reassuring to have a timeline.
Thanks again

Kind regards
