On the final question

Maybe with my now frazzled brain I have misread the guide but it appears the question only related to mobility
Thanks

Yes it is part of question 14, the dizziness might be the result of low blood pressure exacerbated by walking, the anxiety may stem from the risk of falling which might be made worse than normal due to osteoporosis, there may of course be other reasons for these symptoms.

I understand that people only tend to mention issues when things go wrong but has there actually been any success stories pre tribunal stage? maybe reading some of the tribunal outcomes wasn't a smart move as we are now terrified about what may happen.

On reading around the net and peoples experiences with pip applications on the whole it has been very bleak reading, forms completely overlooked, medicals where information hasn't been recorded. It makes horrendous reading and we are now finding the whole thing very stressful, the form itself was stressful enough!

Unfortunately much of what you see on the net are, as you say, claimants who have not received the award that they expected, you won't see many posts from claimants who have been successful.
We're lucky that a lot of our members do come back to the forum and tell us of their successes, if you go through the forum looking for posts with a heart icon next to them then these will be from members that have had a successful claim. Also, if you receive the B&W newsletter, we always have a section on successes reported either by email or on the forum.
