It's not a problem and you did not upset me
Sometimes it is very difficult to be a Mod as you have to give answer that a member may not want to hear, I'm sure I annoyed two posters last week when talking about the PIP Activities, we want all of the B&W members to be successful with their claim if at all possible, so sometimes we have to tell them that their arguments may not be strong enough for the points that they want, we only do this in the hope that they will strengthen what they are saying, but it can seem as if we are criticising or saying that they cannot be successful.
