HELP_MEDICAL ON WEDS was created by olls

Hi, can you tell me if i would be able to use a copy of my pips application form when replying to the questions asked as i have multiple chronic conditions and i am worried that i might not give the right reply or just not rember what i put on my form.

Greatfull for any help.

Welcome to the forum.

Please don't post in capitals as it causes problems for members who use text to speech software,

To answer your question, yes you can but you should explain why you are doing it and should only do so if it is really necessary.

There is a list of the questions that you are likely to be asked at the back of the PIP Claim guide.
