Hello, I applied for PIP in Feb last year. Due to massive delays on the DWPs side, I only just got the result of my mandatory reconsideration. I'm now headed for tribunal. I have only just found this resource so only now know the sorts of things I should have included in the claim form. I was wondering if I can give the tribunal new information or whether they only use the claim form. And if they only use the claim form, can I do a new application for PIP now? Whilst the tribunal situation is going through.

Yes you can but there are two provisos; first you must show that any additional information is relevant to the date of the Decision, any deterioration (or improvement) that has occurred since the Decision cannot be considered. Secondly you need to explain why the information was not included on your original form, not understanding the criteria may be sufficient but you should give it some thought for each activity.
