The Red Heart Icon is at the top of the post that you are writing along with other "Topic Icons" !!
Moderators change the Topic Icon to a Red Heart when a member posts a success story.
This makes it easier for other Mods, the site owner an other members to identify "Good News" topics.
It doesn't matter whether you you choose a Topic Icon, or what Topic Icon you choose for your post, as Mods will always read it and respond to it where necessary.
