Hia, could you help me with a query I have, ive just been sent a letter to say I will receive a phone call about being assesed for esa my question is my doctor dosnt know I have moved address due to me being in temporary accommodation. this is due to me waiting to move back into the area were my doctor will cover me, my ex partner is ok with me using her address until I move back in the area. my question is if I go to see the doctor for a letter to help me with my esa claim with the fact that the addresses are diffaront affect my claim, sorry to gabble on a bit only worried sick now that they have got round to me.
