It's up to you, if you completed the sections then it would imply that you thought that they were relevant at the time, they aren't going to penalise you for thinking you meet the criteria for a question when you don't and you never know, they may agree with you that you do!

Yes, you can cross out or tippex out a tick box option that you have ticked by mistake, as long as it is clear which tick box option you wnat to choose !!
Didn't you look into : Using The PDF Version Of The ESA50 Questionnaire which I suggested earlier on in your topic : Here ?
As you will see if you left click on the blue link above, the advantages are that you can change, edit and save as you wish with your keyboard !

It's up to you, we recommend using a Tracked service so that you have proof of delivery, obviously the closer to the required return date the more expensive it becomes.
