PIP-Scoring under 9c or d & Mob 1b! was created by francis1969
He everyone,
Have been wondering If somebody has/should score 9c or d
9. Engaging with other people face to face
c. Needs social support to be able to engage with other people. 4 points.
d. Cannot engage with other people due to such engagement causing either –
(i) overwhelming
psychological distress to the claimant
is there any chance this may/should also count/go toward scoring
1. Planning and following journeys
b. Needs prompting to be able to undertake any journey to avoid overwhelming psychological distress to the claimant?
Many thanks.

You can certainly argue that problems with question 9 would imply issues with the Going Out activity but you would still need to explain your problems with Going Out in detail as it is unlikely that those assessing you will make the same leap unless you lead them to.
