I want to submit a S.A.R to DWP to get all the info they have on my previous ESA award from 2013.

I know i can download a form to fill in and post to them.

Can it be done by sending it by e-mail? anyone know the e-mail address to send it to please?

Hi v,

No, the original SAR must be posted !!

I am aware that once they respond, they do sometimes supply an e-mail address to contact The DWP Data Controller for your area if you think that the information supplied in incomplete.
