Starting a new Topic FAO Caranne !

Wow great to hear!!! Currently applying for my PIP dx with MS 2007 I'm dreading it the form looks so daunting.
Struggling to find help with filling it in cos my hands are numb and pretty useless.
I'm new here and have obviously sussed how to reply to comments but how do a publish a new post of my own??? #brainfog

Welcome to Benefits and Work

If you look on the page that displays all the forum topics : Here , you will see a Black "New Topic" button at the top and bottom of the "board".

Click on that then write the title of your topic, then compose your post, check it by hitting the "Preview" button, then if you are happy, hit "Submit"

If you are struggling to fill the form in with a pen, by hand, there is nothing to stop you referring to the PIP 2 Form question by question, but typing your responses to the relevant questions on separate A4 sheets.

You should head each separate sheet with your Name, DOB, Date and NI Number and number each separate A4 1 of x, 2 of x, 3 of x, 4 of x, etc, etc, etc.

You can simply write in the space provided for each particular question in the form, "See my response on separate added page number, 1 of x, 2 of x, 3 of x, etc, etc." (or words to that affect)

You must attach the added A4 pages to the back of the PIP 2 Form that you have received, as it has a discrete Barcode on it that ties it to your individual PIP Claim

Sending Documents to the DWP, ATOS, Capita or Maximus.
