My PIP renew form has arrived was created by Asjad
Hello everyone,

I was award PIP with EWA in 2013, I was told that it will be renewed at the end of 2016. I have received my PIP renewal form few days ago. It was dated 16th Jan 2016 and I received it on 3rd Feb 2016. They asked me to fill it and send it back by 16th Feb 2016, if I don't they may stopped my benefit.

I went to my local Disability help center and explain this to them I was ask to get the extension by calling them. So I rang them in front of Disability center member so she witness my call, I have been given extension till 1st March 2016.

I want to ask is this normal that they send renewal form that early. What if they don't award me PIP and EWA, what will happen to my exsisting benefit. Will they stop this.

This form is so big and every question is ambigous I've learning disability with other health issue I've ask disability staff that I'll need their help to fill this form. Due to my mental issues I just cannot fill this form.

Now I am waiting for them to send me appointment so we can fill this form and send them back.

Welcome to the forum.

I'm afraid that nearly all PIP Fixed Term award are being re-assessed up to a year in advance of their stated renewal date.

This is a full review of your claim so it is important that it is completed in detail and you supply evidence to support your claim as you can.

Who completed your forms in 2013?

As this is a PIP review your ESA will not be effected directly, but if you receive any Premiums due to your current PIP award then these may be effected depending on what happens with your PIP.

If we can be of assistance, then please reply to this post and we will do our best to help. You should definitely chase your local Disability centre for their assistance in completing the form.
