very point me to couple places please

hi, to you all. first off id recieved an email asking for experiences at atos assessment centres, and cant find where to post it now, any help please. couldn't join before, no cash, but have read what i could and it did help in my experience, if that's what you want to call it. ill now look for introduction site. whole debacle has left me pretty much isolated would be nice to talk to kindred spirits.
