Copy of PIP report???

Can anyone tell me when I should ask for a copy of my PIP consultation report? I had my face to face consultation with a Health Professional yesterday and wondered if I should phone and ask for a copy of that report now or wait a while. Which is best, now or wait a bit?? Thanks.

In principle you can ask for it now, although I would probably wait until next week to do so, some DWP offices will send it immediately others are waiting until the Decision is made.
You can make the request to the DWP office dealing with your claim by phone by I would follow it up in writing.

Hi,
I had my assessment on the Tuesday 9th February. I waited until the following Monday 15th to request a copy of my report and I just received it this morning. However, I rang ATOS directly for mine...
Hope this gives you an idea of time-scales....But not quite sure if it will differ from one area to another....

As Gordon said, seems a bit of a lottery as to how fast you can get the PA4 report.
I managed to get mine withing 5 days of the assessment however.
I sent an email and recorded letter to get the report. I would call them and see if the assessor has sent ATOS the report and request it straight away.
Basically, I would politely nag them till they sent it to you.
Worked for me...

I also had my assessment on 9th February and rang on 15th for a copy. I rang the DWP and the report arrived today. (19th)
