A new ESA50 form has arrived. was created by erin
Hello there
When Benefits were changed from Incapity to ESA. I filled out the form at the time. sent it back and was put onto ESA . NO medical nothing like that.
I didn't realise I be sent out another form ? I still have Bi polar.
Ive been ignoring it but am worried as ive gone off my Medications and am trying Alternative ones 5- HTP and l-tyronsine.
Im worried this will effect my forms. Im thinking of going to the doctor and getting my medication back?
Anyways I just subscribed there so will check out the all the info.
Any advise would be welcome

ESA awards are not made on the claimants conditions or the medication that they take but rather the limitations that result, so the question you need to look at is whether you are better or worse on this new medication.
I would certainly speak to your doctor to see what assistance they can provide you, reverting to a medication where your symptoms are worse would seem to me to be a retrograde step that would not be in your best interests.
