I am just wondering if there has been a decision regarding the proposed changes to needing aids and appliances for PIP?

There have been no changes to PIP.

This was a proposal, I'm not aware of it going any further. The change would require the PIP legislation to be amended and as of today, no draft legislation has been presented.
