What is this letter please?

Hi I got this letter Friday
Your assessment with a health care professional
we have been asked by the DWP to carry out an assessment in relation to your benefit claim
(I am on work related activity group . life time DLA and severe disability)
What is it for? and is it usual for a Sunday appointment at 9 am
Any information would be appreciated and what I need to do to get ready

If this letter is from : The Centre for Health and Disability Assessments (CHDA) (aka HAAS) (Maximus) who took over the ESA WCA Contract from ATOS on 02/03/15, it is to reassess your ESA WRAG Award.

Reassessments of all current ESA recipients restarted in December 2015 after them being deferred due to the backlog from January 2014.
