Hi and Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

The tribunal cannot take into account any new condition or worsening of your previous condition after the date of the original decision. In order for the tribunal to consider the osteoarthritis, you will have to show that this was affecting you at that time - which is probable as OA does not tend to appear overnight! You must still relate this to the ESA descriptors so that you meet the required criteria.

If you have further questions or comments relating to your ESA appeal, please reply to this message. It helps us enormously if everything relating to one subject is kept in the same place! You will find it easily in future if you bookmark/favourite it on your web browser now. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter :)

Hey ledleysedgwick, I got ESA support group for osteoarthritis and fibro, I stated how they affect my mobility, my pains etc on both good and bad days and showed them a few day journals of how both affected me, it's more how your disability affects you functioning during your day, good luck , gentle hug x
