Hello everyone, Well given today's budget i have a question regarding PIP.
As it stands right now i am on DLA (low care) and have been for some time, but i know sooner or later i will get my invite (or death cert call it what you will) to apply for PIP, i have taken your online test and passed for roughly the same level, but we all know what decision makers can be like.
Now in todays budget they mention that new claiments are PIP will be held to tougher rules.

So will this apply to me? I presume it will as despite being on DLA for years this new PIP is king now, and i know it's very early stages but does anyone know how it will effect us directly, new tests or anything like that?

Hi Baj,

The only changes to PIP are the ones that we were already aware of regarding points allocations for Aid & Appliances.

These changes have to be passed into Legislation yet and there does seem to be some opposition to this.
