A horrible thought has just hit me, because i was turned down for ESA, will my PIP automatically be taken off me now. I have only just thought of this.

PIP and ESA are totally different benefits with different qualifying criteria !!

Besides, under any circumstances, except maybe in the case of a fraud allegation, they cannot simply stop your PIP.

They would have to conduct a whole fresh reassessment.

It is not unusual, and is entirely proper, for people to work - even full time- and claim DLA/PIP as the requirements are totally different. Thus there is no reason why your PIP should be reassessed just because your ESA claim was refused.
