Hello, can I please just ask if you can tell me wot the 6 point plan for vulnerable people is? I have seen it mentioned in a previous post I'm sure, but can't for the life in me remember where or when I saw it mentioned. Can't remember if it relates to ESA or not. Have recently read pip guide and never saw it mentioned there, so am presuming it relates to ESA!?!

I just wanted to say Pete that if you want to find out what has happened with your ESA you could ring them and ask. The form you need to ask for is called the ESA85 (or ESA85A if you had a paper based assessment). Hopefully they may have placed you in SG again, if you haven't heard from them. The form tells you how long to the next assessment, so next time shouldn't be such a surprise.
