do the epp cymru send a report to Jobcentre plus after I attend if I've been made to go by them?
I've been for a 'work focused interview for ESA' today and have 'agreed' to attend a 2 day pain management course, details of which will be sent to me. I'm dreading going as I struggle with meeting people, and going to new places, but I have been told my wife can come too. I'm absolutely dreading going but don't know how to get out of it, or even if I can. Does anyone have any experience of these, or any advice they can give me?
The alternative I was given was attending a local 'Men's Shed' group, but that was even worse as I would have had to go by myself!

Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

I can't say for certain, but a report is certainly a possibility.

Whether you can avoid attending will depend on whether you have been mandated to or not?

If you have then failing to attend can and mostly likely will result in your benefit being sanction, if it is then the sanction can remain in place until you do actually attend.

If you have not been mandated to attend, you would have received a letter about the appointment and it should be clear if it Is mandatory or not, then it is up to you whether you do or not. I would contact your advisor in advance if you intend not to go and it may make it more likely that you are mandated to the next time.

If your reason for not attending is due to the limitations associated with your conditions then you should discuss this with your advisor as they are required to take these into account when setting Work Related Activity.

Not really a reply but a question along similar lines...

I am due to go for a work focused interview at the jcp this Wednesday (esa wrag). Very nervous but went about 6 months ago and was treated with some compassion so hopefully will get to the see the same person.

However, on the letter I received it also reads;

Following your interview with one of our Specialist Health and Disability Work coaches, you will need to participate in a small group session of your choice with one of the partners who are able to provide a range of work focused support for those with health conditions. Please ensure that you choose one of the group sessions available and bring this sheet to your appointment. The group session will last for up to half an hour. Place a tick against the session you wish to attend

Enhance your Well Being or
Goals, and you don’t have to play football to participate.

Anybody know what I’m likely to expect (I can’t do group sessions)?

I don't think anybody on the forum has reported their experience of these, the following links may give you some insight.
