I have just received ESA50 form. I am considering not filling the form in as I found the whole process last time around much too stressful. This involved a medical and appealing before getting into support group.
I was going to write a letter to the DWP and tell this.

What I would like to know is would this impact on my DLA?

Many thanks

Hi and Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explain where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

Not filling out the ESA50 should not have any effect on your DLA - but it could well end your ESA claim, is that really what you want? Our ESA guides will talk you through completing the form and there is a PDF version that you can use if you prefer.

hello
I have been slowly filling in the form, finding it very stressful.
Can you advise if I can send a copy of the decision makers decision from my last application as supporting document?
Many thanks for your guidance.

Hi bb,

Yes , you can include all and any evidence that helps to support the fact that you still qualify for an SG Award.

You would still have to make it clear how and why you qualify for The SG currently !!
