health assessment advisory service letter to GP

Hi,when I rang to check on the on the progress of my reassessment ESA80 form the HAAS said they had written to my gp,i have been in the support group for 3 years ,and iam seeing my gp to discuss this,what sort of questions do they ask the doctor in these letters.

This has just happened to me.

They said they sent the ESA113 out on the 7th March. Did not arrive at doctors. Rang again and they said they would sent out another one. Did not arrive, so now awaiting the third one. This time I took the chaps name from the Resource Dept. They were sending it out first class last Thursday, so I'm hoping it will arrive today.

I have an appointment with my GP to discuss this on Thursday. I am not in the support group. Worried sick is an understatement....also this is a relatively new doctor and she does not know me as well as my last doctor who supported me.

The waiting game is a killer.....
