Hello, I have been asked to attend a medical at atos . Problem is the medical is in Edinburgh at 9am and I live in Glasgow 50 miles away. There is no way I can make this for 9am as I will have to take at least 3 buses and the train. Surely as Glasgow is the biggest city in scotlland they have a centre here in Glasgow. What are my rights regarding this issue. Thanks . murdy.

ATOS are allowed to book appointments up to 90 minutes travel time each way, if they have exceed this then you should contact them and ask for a closer appointment at no fault to you.
If it is under the 90 minutes then you can still ask for a closer appointment but it will count against the two opportunities to attend that you are given and you will have to attend the new appointment wherever and whenever it is booked. If you phone ATOS then you may be able to arrange a mutually agreeable appointment.
