Please can you tell me, when my husband fills esa form in it asks if he,s got cancer which he has and is waiting for treatment to start, the form say,s if yes go to end of form and sign, then ask doctor to fill in back page. Is this enough for him to keep his esa

Providing he is able to tick "yes" for

waiting for or recovering from chemotherapy or radiotherapy treatment for cancer?

and

you get page 20 filled in by a healthcare professional. This may include a GP, hospital doctor or clinical nurse who is aware of his condition.

then this should result in an award for the Support Group providing the Decision Maker agrees.
